| 摘 要： | 以江苏省高校教师为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对其教育技术能力现状及存在问题进行调查与分析,提出:要深化教育技术理论学习,建立完善的教师教育技术能力评价体系,寻求满足教师要求的教育技术学习方式,构建提高教师教育技术能力的绩效环境,为进一步提高高校教师教育技术能力提供事实依据和决策参考.
