| 摘 要： | 通过建立评标价格指数模型，结合已完工程信息数据库，计算出类似建设工程价格指数。由类似工程的造价指数来量化项目信息，并估算出投标项目的合理最低价。

| Abstract: | Similar construction engineering price index will be worked out through the building of bid evaluation price index model and integrated with completed project information database. The project information will be quantified by similar construction engineering price index and thus a reasonable lowest price of bid project will be estimated. |
