| 摘 要： | 企业产品质量的好坏最终要由产品的消费者来评判,高校毕业生质量的高低应由用人单位来评价。本着科学性、导向性、适度性和可操作性原则,面对素质教育对中小学体育教师的新要求,构建符合用人单位意愿的“体育教育专业专科毕业生质量社会评价指标体系”。

| Abstract: | Just as the quality of the enterprise's products should be assessed by the consumers finally,the quality of colleges and universities' graduates should be appraised by the employers.In line with the scientific principle,the guidance principle,the moderation principle and the feasibility principle,we should build up a "Quota System of Social Assessment on the Quality of the Graduates of Secondary Special Physical Education" which is conformed to the employer's wish,in order to face the new request of quality-oriented education on the P.E.teachers of the elementary and middle schools. |
