| Abstract: | In order to guarantee the new Soviet Union, the Peaceful Coexistence Thought, which directed against the contemporary international and domestic situations, was put forward in the initial stage of Victory of the October Revolution. It has earned the Soviet Union a transient and peaceful environment and has made the gratifring achievement. Through joint efforts of the third world countries, peaceful coexistence has already now become the important guideline in the international relation. |
