| 摘 要： | 农民工输出地与输入地之间的关系既是并存、统一的,也是差异、对立的。农民工有利于增加输出地农民收入,缩小区域差距;有利于加快输出地农业现代化;有利于推动输入地工业化的发展;有利于推动输入地城镇化的发展。但是,农民工对输出地的新农村建设带来一定的消极影响,也给输入地带来"大城市病"的困扰。因此,要统筹输出地与输入地协调发展,促进工业化和城镇化的协调发展,加快发展现代农业和建设新农村。

| Abstract: | The labor-export regions and labor-import regions are coexistent and unified on the one hand,and different and opposed on the other hand.Migrant workers make contributions to the labor-export regions in terms of income increase,gap narrowing between regions,agricultural modernization,industrialization and urbanization.However,they also bring about some negative effects on new rural construction and the trouble of megacity problems.Therefore,it is necessary to co-ordinate the development of labor-export regions and labor-import regions and the development of industrialization and urbanization and accelerate the development of modern agriculture and new rural construction. |
