摘    要:基于工作过程导向的学习领域构建、课程标准制定实践,给高职院校教师提出了新挑战,为了适应和胜任基于工作过程导向的教学情境设计与实施,要求教师必须在真实的工作过程中亲历专业对应的岗位任务,高职院校必须进一步采取有效措施加强“双师型”教师队伍培养。
