| 摘 要： | 基于工作过程导向的学习领域构建、课程标准制定实践，给高职院校教师提出了新挑战，为了适应和胜任基于工作过程导向的教学情境设计与实施，要求教师必须在真实的工作过程中亲历专业对应的岗位任务，高职院校必须进一步采取有效措施加强“双师型”教师队伍培养。
