| 摘 要： | 壮大县域经济,是实践“三个代表”的要求和体现,是全面建设小康社会的需要。当前,关键在于按市场经济的内在规律办事,立足于观念创新、制度创新和服务创新,不断拓展县域经济的发展空间,增强县域经济发展内在活力,构筑县城经济发展的高效平台,明确农民、企业和政府三个主体的角色定位,切实落实促进县域经济发展的战略任务。

| Abstract: | To improve economy at county level is the demand and reflection of implementing "Three Representatives"and building a well-off society. At present, the key to improve economy at county level lies in abiding by rules of market economy, keeping on innovation in ideas, rules and regulations, and service in order to broaden the space of economic development, enhance the vitality of development, build an efficient platform for development and fulfil the strategic task of it.Meanwhile, We should make sure of the didderent roles of farmers, enterprises and governments. |
