| 摘 要： | 本文主要研究了直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形过程中载荷与齿形参数的关系,结果表明:直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形的效果与齿形参数、模具结构和润滑条件等有密切关系,为其冷锻成形工艺和模具结构设计提供了可靠的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the relationship of burden and tooth-form factors in cold precision forging of super gear.The results show that the fruit of cold precision forging forming of spur gear,tooth number,mould structure and lubricating condition,which can supply reliable refertence frame for forming technology of cold precision forging of spur gear and mould structure design. |
