| 摘 要： | 本文首先厘清汉字是语素文字说首倡者与赞同者的不同观点，其次，本文发现，在同一个汉语语素形式下，其内容的或然性、多项性是普遍现象。这些或然的、多项的、风马牛不相及的语素内容的进一步分辨，是由汉字来完成的，而不是汉语完成的。汉字是语素文字说赞同者的错误在于，他们把汉字的析义功能先记到汉语头上，然后再来考察汉字与汉语的关系。这是我们在讨论语言与文字时容易常犯的一种错误。
