| 摘 要： | 风险管理是奥运会管理的重要组成部分,它贯穿于奥运会从筹备到结束整个生命周期.分析了奥运会全寿命周期内各个阶段可能面临的风险因素,构建了基于全面风险管理的奥运会全寿命周期风险控制模式,为奥运会风险控制提供了更新的理念和更有效的解决方案.

| Abstract: | Risk management can be seen as an important component of Olympics management,which exists in the lifecycle of Olympics.This paper analyzes the risk factors of each stage during the lifecycle of the Olympics.Based on total risk management,lifecycle risk control model for Olympics is set up.And this mode will provide the Olympics with new ideas and more effective solutions. |
