| 摘 要： | 人文教育应是我国人力资本教育的重要组成部分 ,但在相当一段时期内 ,我国人力资本教育过分强调经济收益功能而忽视了人文教育的作用。人力资本教育的科技性、工具性和功利性受到过分重视 ,人文教育在人力资本教育中的比重过低 ,流于形式 ,难以培养出高质、优秀的人力资本。应当充分重视人文教育对整个教育乃至整个社会的贡献作用 ,并通过社会、家庭、学校及个人的努力加强人文教育 ,提高人力资本教育的整合作用

| Abstract: | The education of humanity is an important part in the manpower capital education. But for a long time, in the manpower capital education, the economic benefits, the nature of science and the nature of tools are overemphasized, while the humanity neglected, therefore, qualified and excellent manpower capital cannot be trained under such circumstances. Stress should be laid on the contribution of humanity to education and to the society. The society, family, school and individual should make efforts to strengthen the education of humanity. |
