| 摘 要： | 参考咨询服务是信息共享空间服务体系中的重要内容之一，文章论述了信息共享空间环境下参考咨询服务的新特点，从服务台设置、服务方式、服务模式、服务人员配置等方面阐述了参考咨询的服务机制，通过比较和分析两个大学信息共享空间中的参考咨询服务，提出对我国。参考咨询服务工作的启示和思考。该文为《数字图书馆论坛》2009年第2期本期话题“信息共享空间”的文章之一。

| Abstract: | Reference service is one of the core elements in IC service system. This article summarizes the new features of reference services in information commons. It expatiates its service mechanism from the set of service desks, the way of services, service modes, service staffs and so on. Then it compares and analyzes the reference services in the two information commons cases. At last, it provides suggestions for reference services in information commons in our country. |
