| Abstract: | College physical education depends on athletic facilities bacause they are the material basis of the development of college physical education which is based on their athletic facilities.Physical education content is determined by many factors such as educational aim,historical and cultural contexts,financial demand,etc.The content and aim of physical education of colleges in China and America define the building ideas of their athletic facilities. |
