| 摘 要： | 在世界各国纷纷加强隐私保护的背景下，如何构建我国的隐私权保护制度成为当前讨论的热点话题。隐私权法律制度的设计应当注重维护人的尊严、尊重社会公序良俗，另外还要防止权利滥用，权衡好各法益之间的关系。隐私权保护是一个系统工程，应该以宪法为指导，以民法典为基础，各部门法也要予以充分关注。

| Abstract: | Under the background of countries around the world strengthening privacy protection, how to build a system to protect the right of privacy in our country becomes a hot topic at present. The design of privacy legal system should focus on the preservation of human dignity, respect for public order and good social customs, as well as prevent the rights abuse and strike a balance amidst the benefits of the constitutions. Privacy protection is a systematic project, which should be built in terms of the constitution and based on the Civil Cede; meanwhile, every department should also pay full attention to it. |
