| 摘 要： | 在中国武术发展史上,武术社团一直充当着重要的角色,但我们通过对目前武术社团的调查与分析认为现代武术社团的发展尚处于初级阶段。具体表现在武术社团对政府依赖性明显;民办社团所占比例较小;经济独立性不强;组织结构急待完善;缺乏必要的救助及保护机制;志愿者等大量的社会资源利用效果不明显;针对武术社团的法制法规建设尚未起步,全国武术社团发展不平衡。同时我们也看到中国武术社团有很好的发展前景,表现为武术的群众基础良好,社会对武术的需求特征明显,对武术社团认可度较高,在武术社团的管理层中有大量的真正喜欢武术并愿意为武术社团发展奉献的管理者。建立纯社团型协会管理体制,是建立社会主义市场体制和我国体育事业改革、发展的必然要求。

| Abstract: | In the history of Chinese Wushu development,Wushu societies played an important role;but through the investigation and ananlysis on the current Wushu societies,the paper believes that they are on the beginning stage,which is embodied in the following aspects:Wushu societies depending in government obviously;private-run societies only a small proportion;their lower independence in finance;their organization having many faults;they lacking necessary protection system;their volunteers and many other social resources being not used sufficiently;the construction of laws and regulations aiming at Wushu societies not being starting;their development being unbalanced.Meanwhile,the bright prospect of Chinese Wushu societies has been showed out,embodied on the good basis of people and better social needs for Wushu and better social acceptance of Wushu societies and a lot of people in the society management stuff having real interest in Wushu and willing to devote their energy for the development of societies.The paper argues that setting up pure society-style management function is the necessary requires for the reform and development of Chinese sports and setting up socialism market system. |
