| 摘 要： | 当前国际国内正在发生广泛而深刻的变化，我国社会正处于一个重要的发展阶段，能否正确地应对这一时期出现的种种挑战，抓住和用好这一重要战略机遇期，直接关系着能否尽快建成小康社会、实现社会主义现代化的伟大事业。抓住和用好当前这一重要战略机遇期的关键在于落实科学发展现，树立起正确的政绩观、人才观和群众观。

| Abstract: | At present,wide and deep changes are taking place at home and abroad,and China is in an important development stage.Whether China could meet the various challenges properly and seize and make use of the important strategic opportunities is closely related to the building of a well-off society and the realization of great socialist modernization.Therefore,it is important to implement the outlook of scientific development,to establish the correct concept of administrative achievements,talents and the masses. |
