| Abstract: | The relationship between the team quality of subject librarians and the building of key subjects in colleges and universities as well as the importance of strengthening the team of subject librarians to advance the building of keysubjects are analyzed. The needs of strengthening the team of subject librarians are pointed out and the basic strategies of strengthening the library subject librarian system building in colleges and universities are put forward. |
