硫酸水洗封闭循环水及其炉气中砷的监测方法研究

摘    要:本文叙述了硫酸水洗封闭循环工艺系统液相及其炉气中痕量砷在高干扰离子条件下的监测方法。该法对南京化学工业研究院推荐的Ag(DDTC)法使用的定砷装置的改进及对砷高干扰离子掩蔽剂试验选用,使方法的最低检出浓度得以降低,解决了用现存方法无法测定硫酸水洗封闭循环工艺系统液相及其炉气中痕量砷的难题,并使使用掩蔽剂费用巨幅下降。本法给出了方法的研究结果,最后给出了方法的操作程序。

Abstract:In this paper,the author states the monitor means to wash close circulative technical system and arsenic of furnace gas in high-interference ion conditions by using sulfuric acid water. This way makes the lowest examination density decreased by improving equipment of fixing arsenic and choosing arsenic high-interference ion of shelter reagent trial to recommend way of AG(DDTC) by Nanjing Chemistry & Industry Academy. This difficult issue has been solved. It is no way to measure using sulfuric acid water to wash close circulative technical system and arsenic of furnace gas by adopting present methods. Meanwhile,cost of shelter reagent has been falled tremendously. This article offers research results about this approach.. Finally,the author gives operating program about it.
