| 摘 要： | 近年来随着地学的复苏和油气勘探的快速发展,有相当大规模的外专业学生报考地学和油气勘探方向的研究生。但今年受全球经济危机的影响,研究生找工作出现了困难,对于跨专业研究生更是严峻的挑战。本文从坚持理想与发挥复合型人才的优势、经济衰退下的工作机遇与挑战、跨专业研究生的心理定位和实践等角度探讨了经济危机形势下跨专业研究生的培养。

| Abstract: | Following the geology resuscitating and the fast development of oil/gas exploration,large scale non-geology specialty students turn to geology and oil/gas exploration through graduate student entrance examination. Because of economic crisis this year,there are some difficulties for graduate students to obtain employment,especially for cross specialty graduate students. This paper discussed several suggestion about the cross specialty graduate students cultivation under the economy crisis,including insisting on ideality, taking advantage of composite talent, the employment opportunity and challenge under economic depression, the psychology location and practice of cross specialty graduate students. |
