| 摘 要： | 罪犯的人权是一个国家人权状况的重要组成部分，是衡量一个国家文明、民主程度和法制是否健全的重要标志。因此，我们必须了解罪犯人权的特点，重视我国监狱的人权保障，积极参与国际人权斗争，以科学的理论和实践来促进国内人权建设，提高圆际社会地位。中国监狱对服刑罪犯人权的保障是全面的、真实的。展望其发展前景，我国对服刑罪犯权利的保障必然会不断得到发展和完善。

| Abstract: | The human rigts of criminals is a national human rights situation in the important part is a measure of a country＇s civilization, the degree of democracy and rule of law is an important indicator of sound. Therefore, se must of our country seriously,and actively participate in the international struggle for human human rights, scientific theory and practice to promote domestic human fights, and rase the status of the international community. Chinese prisons for offenders serving sentences protection of human rights of offenders serving sentences will inevitably continue to be developed and improved. |
