科技期刊系统的耗散结构性分析

摘    要:用耗散结构性原理论证了科技期刊系统是一个远离平衡的开放系统,系统的不同要素之间存在着非线性机制,具有耗散结构性。它必须不断地与外部环境交换信息、物质、能量,才能成为充满生机的有序系统,充分发挥系统的功能。科技期刊系统也存在涨落现象,可以人为地利用涨落来提高期刊群体质量,质量差的期刊将被社会淘汰。

Abstract:The scientific and technologic journals system is an open system far from equilibrium according to thedissipative structrue theory. There's nonlinear mechanism between the different elements of the system.It must interexchange information, energy and matter with the external environment to become an ordered system which is full of vigor and vitality and to bring the function of the system into full play.At the same time there is fluctuate phenomena in scientific and technologic journals. The "fluctcate" may be artificially applied to improve the group quality of journals.
