| 摘 要： | 职业学校的办学质量与办学成绩,最终和整体上都是表现在学生的综合素质方面。它既是我们全力追求的办学目标,也是学校教育"产品"的品牌。因此,笔者讨论了市场经济条件下的学生综合素质的构成、形成综合素质的特点、当前培养综合素质的一般对策和提出了一些建议,意在我们从理论到实践的不同层面上,能够基本解决培养学生综合素质的思想认识和办学实践的问题。

| Abstract: | Representing the level and achievement of vocational schools,comprehensive qualities of students are the objective and brand of education"products".Therefore,the author has not only diseussed the formation and fea- tures of students'comprehensive ability in market economy,but also submitted countermeasures and suggestions in- tending to solve some ideological and praetieal problems. |
