| 摘 要： | 教师职业道德是教师专业发展的核心内容,是教师专业发展的动力支持,教师职业道德的提升是更高层次的教师专业发展。加强教师职业道德建设是推进教师专业发展的必然需求。有效的教师职业道德建设应与教师专业发展相结合,应关注教师的职业生活,重视教师需要,凸显教师的主体性,应加强学校管理制度的伦理内涵的建设。

| Abstract: | Professional ethics is the core and the impetus of the teacher＇ s professional development. The improvement on teacher＇ s professional ethics is the senior one. Strengthening teacher＇ s professional ethics construction is the necessity to improve teacher＇ s professional development. The education of teacher＇ s pro- fessional ethics should be combined with teacher＇ s professional development, and the teacher＇ s professional life should be concerned with and emphasis on stress teacher＇s main status and strengthen the construction and the management of the school＇ s ethic systems. |
