| 摘 要： | 共青团组织作为党联系青年的桥梁和纽带，是大学生就业创业这项系统工程中的重要力量。本文主要从需求、供给、供求匹配三个方面论述了共青团服务于大学生就业创业的服务体系，并结合工作实践对共青团服务于大学生就业创业作了初步探索。
