| 摘 要： | 与公办高校一样，近年来民办高校也同样出现了办学趋同化现象。文章采摭了一些民办高校办学趋同化的明显特征，指出了其危害性，分析探讨了导致民办高校办学趋同化的主要原因是由于强迫性、模仿性、规范性、市场性四种社会机制约束和导向的结果，唯有通过调整法律，革新政府管制手段，重建高教资源配置新规制，准确定位办学目标和层次，才有可能克服民办高校办学趋同化。
