| 摘 要： | 企业档案管理是现代企业信息资源的基础形式之一，企业档案资源建设是保证企业资源进一步完善的重要途径之一。现代的企业档案资源建设与企业的根本利益有着直接的影响．因此各企业要针对自身的实际情况及需求，建立起现代的企业档案价值体系。文章在分析企业档案资源建设问题的基础上。归纳、分析企业档案资源建设的重点，并提出加强档案资源建设的有效措施。
