| 摘 要： | 清代书院发展规模达到全盛时期，处于官、民共管状态，在学生管理方面有一定的灵活性、自主性，有益于人才培养。以湖北书院为考察中心，主要表现为招生民间大众化、学生自治自主化，言行和道德统一，奖惩升降制，为读书人提供优厚良好的读书环境。透视古代书院管理经验，以资当今学校学生管理借鉴。
