| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育的重要性已得到高校的普遍认同,心理健康教育课程体系的建设与大学生心理健康教育的成败息息相关.高校心理健康教育课程体系当前在定位、内容设计、评估上存在一定的问题,结合积极心理学倡导的理念,从构建课程体系的积极方向、丰富课程内容、改进教学模式、建立多元、动态的评估标准等几个方面来建立积极、完善的心理健康教育课程体系.

| Abstract: | The importance of college students′ psychological health education has been the common recognition for colleges and universities.The construction of mental health education curriculum system is closely related to the success of the college students′ psychological health education.There exist some problems in the positioning of curriculum system,content design,and assessment.Combined with the ideas advocated by positive psychology,it proposes to set up correct direction,enrich the content of the course,improve the teaching mode,and establish dynamic evaluation standards etc.,so as to build positive and perfect mental health education curriculum system. |
