| Abstract: | Secretaries in college and university offices play the role of nexus and assistance in the management.In the age of emphasizing qualities and characteristics,the role consciousness should be reinforced,and the development of it should be done from three aspects of improving self-quality,professional ability and service quality so as to better carry out the secretarial work. |
