从《孙子兵法》看构建中国企业文化核心竞争力

摘    要:《孙子兵法》在企业经营管理中的应用价值不断被开发出来。孙子主张“修道保法”从而“胜于易胜”,对于国家来说是提高综合国力,对于企业来说就是构建核心竞争力。企业文化是最主要的核心竞争力,由此提出了“文化核心竞争力”的概念。孙子思想对企业构建文化核心竞争力有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The practical valve of The Art of War in enterprise management has been increasingly discovered.Sun Tzu advocates that "cultivating their policies and strictly adhering to the laws and regulations" so as to "conquer an enemy easily conquered",which is to promote the comprehensive national strength for a nation and to construct key competitive edge for an enterprise.Enterprise culture is the most significant key competitive edge,so the paper puts forward the concept of "cultural key competitive edge".Sun Tzu Thought is a very important guide for the enterprise to construct cultural key competitive edge.The paper has made some valuable exploration in building a promising future and constructing administrative culture for enterprises.
