| 摘 要： | 人文学相关学科的学术发展起源很早,但直到1975年后人文学者的信息需求才开始受到注意.本研究探索中文系教师之信息需求、信息寻求以及信息使用模式,也希望了解随着科技进步,数字化与网络化的资源普及,中文系教师的信息行为是否也因应大环境的不同而有变化.研究结果显示:中文系教师极为重视一次资料,在教学上主要所需资源为教科书,而研究上主要所需资源依序为自己的、图书馆的、网络上的数据;其信息寻求渠道包括私人藏书、个人人脉、图书馆、网络/电子资源等,在信息寻求阶段最常遇到的困难是资料原文取得不易;图书与期刊论文是中文系教师最常引用的数据类型,且中文数据为最大宗;他们认同网络资源的方便性,但也强调其仍有很多错误,因此尚无法取代传统的印刷式资源.
