基于三螺旋高校第二课堂创新创业教育研究

摘    要:第二课堂创新创业教育在培养大学生创新创业能力方面担任着重要角色,有着不可替代的作用。随着地方产业的高质量发展,对创新人才的需求更加迫切。遴选了地方五所高校,通过资料收集和问卷调研的方式,基于三螺旋的理论,从政府、高校和企业三个方面研究分析了五所高校开展第二课堂创新创业教育的政策、开展形式及现状,并提出了构建以“政府政策支持、高校主体建设、企业联合支持”的模式来建设第二课堂创新创业教育建设的对策建议。

Abstract:The second classroom innovation and entrepreneurship education is a powerful guarantee for cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,which plays an irreplaceable role in college education.With the high-quality development of local industries,the demand for innovative talents becomes more urgent.Based on the triple helix theory,the data collection,and the questionnaire survey,the study selected five local universities and analyzed the policies,development forms,and the status quo of the second classroom innovation and entrepreneurship education from three aspects:government,universities,and enterprises.Besides,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of carrying out the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the second classroom with the model of“the construction should be supported by government policy,constructed by the main body of universities,and jointly supported by enterprises”.
