| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查医学生在呼吸科临床实践中面临的问题,分析相应的解决方法,以便能有效提高临床实习质量。通过问卷调查方式对医学生在呼吸科临床实践过程中面临的问题进行总结与分析。医学生在呼吸科临床实践中面临的主要问题有:心理压力;医患沟通能力;临床思维能力;临床操作能力;就业及升学压力;带教老师能力。带教老师及临床医学生都必须适应现代医学教育发展需要,结合临床教学和管理实际问题,调整教学方式,以提高临床实践的教学质量及教学效果。

| Abstract: | Through a questionnaire survey of the problems faced by medical students in the clinical practice of respiratory department,this paper analyzes the corresponding solutions,so as to effectively improve the quality of clinical practice.The problems faced by medical students in the clinical practice of respiratory department are summarized and analyzed by questionnaire.The main problems faced by medical students in the clinical practice of respiratory department are psychological pressure,doctor-patient communication ability,clinical thinking ability,clinical operation ability,employment and enrollment pressure,and the teachers’ability.Teachers and clinical medical students must adapt to the needs of the development of modern medical education,and adjust the teaching methods in combination with the practical problems of clinical teaching and management,so as to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of clinical practice. |
