| 摘 要： | 在对国内外主要数字图书馆资源建设发展情况调研的基础上,对<数字图书馆资源建设指南)进行解读,尤其是对科学制订资源建设规划需考虑的建设原则、建设方式、建设工作内容、建设策略、建设经费、建设管理等六个方面进行了逐一说明,希望对图书馆的数字资源建设工作起到积极的指导和促进作用.参考文献28.
