| 摘 要： | 国际恐怖主义不是对哪一个国家的威胁,而是对整个世界和平与安全的威胁,反对国际恐怖主义已经成为世界各国共同关心的全球性问题。为对付国际恐怖主义,国际社会制定了一系列的国际条约,形成了一套法律制度。对国际法上防止和惩处恐怖主义的国际法律制度做一总结和概述,对我国当前打击国际恐怖主义犯罪的司法实践是有所裨益的。

| Abstract: | International terrorism has been threatening the peace and the security of the whole world, and the objection to the international terrorism has become a global question that countries around the world have cared about together. Therefore, the international community has made a series of treaties and formed a set of legal systems. The expatiation of prevention and purishment of terrorism to the legal system is beneficial to the judicial practice which our country attacks at present. |
