| 摘 要： | 随着中共中央国务院中发2007]7号文件和国家教卫体2007]8号文件的颁布实施,全国高校纷纷采取行动,吸引广大学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下,通过积极参加体育锻炼,不断增强体质.在"健康第一"的思想指导下,本文对在高校开展阳先体育运动阐述了具体实施途径和科学健身锻炼知识,以有效的推进阳光体育运动在高校蓬勃开展.
