| 摘 要： | 在对区域科技创新能力本质、内涵理解的基础上,建立了陕西省科技创新能力评价指标体系;运用因子分析模型,构建出区域科技创新能力评价模型;运用模型对陕西省三大区域的10个地级市的科技创新能力做了定量评价,提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of comprehension about the essence and content of scientific and technological innovation capacity,file and data investigation,Shaanxi Province evaluation index system has been built up.Using factor analysis model,a regional science and technology innovation capacity assessment model has been built up and 10 cities in the three regions of Shaanxi Province have been selected for case study.According to evaluation results,some decisions and suggestions have been put forward. |
