| 摘 要： | 本文通过国企改革中几起不成功案例的分析，提出河北省国企改革应注意的问题，如真正发挥国资委的监管作用：对国有企业进行评估，划分等级，作为改制方法确定的依据；认真执行国家方针政策，在国企改制中规范操作；国有企业改制要对各类投资者一视同仁；严格控制管理层收购等。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of several unsuccessful cases in theprocess of the reform of state-owned enterprise,the paperproposes some problems that should be paid attention to in thereform of state-owned enterprises in Hebei province,such as:display the supervising and managing function of national fundcommittee;evaluate the state-owned enterprises and measure offtheir ranks as the criterion of reform method;carrying out thepolicies of the Party,and operating canonically during the stated-enterprises' reform.During the process of Stated-enterprises'reform we should treat every part fairly and control the purchaseof managing part strictly. |
