| 摘 要： | 信息技术的发展为开放资源控制提供了前所未有的发展空间。为有效地控制、组织和利用这类资源，应重视开放资源的书目控制。本文在简述书目控制及介绍开放资源书目控制的范畴、特点和意义后，论述了开放资源书目控制的措施及今后发展的方向。
