| 摘 要： | 体育教学和体育竞赛中的伤害事故时有发生，特别是在体育课转型过程中，其伤害事故的出现往往会由于追求一种新模式而忽略常规操作而致，事故一旦发生，接踵而来的便是责任的归属争论、索赔或诉讼直至判决，责任如何辨别，过失方应承担何种责任，判罚的依据何在。如何看待新模式与事故间的一些问题，从而减轻课中伤害事故的处理难度，是学校体育教学中需要研究的新课题。

| Abstract: | An injury accident often happens in physical education and a physical contest,especially in the course of PE transferring.It is caused on account of seeping a new pattern and overlooking routine operation.Once an accident occurs,some issues will come in rapid succession:responsibility,claim,appeal,judgement,how to distinguish responsibility,which responsibility the part of negligence should take,what the judgement and punishment should depend on,and how to look upon some matters between a new lesson and an accident so as to reduce handling difficulty in an accident.It is what the article studies. |
