《韩诗外传》对礼与法的统一

摘    要:崇礼还是崇法,经常作为辨别某种思想属于儒家还是法家的倾向性标识。先秦时期乃至到汉初,礼和法是一对对立的概念,但韩婴对礼与法的理解、对它们在社会生活、政治结构中的作用、关系,作通盘考虑。礼与法在韩婴的治世之道中都派上了用场,二者已经统一在他的政治思想框架里。

Abstract:Normally,we discern an idea to be one of the Confucian's or the Legalist's by whether it esteems etiquette or law.In the Pre-Qin period,even from that time to the beginning of the Han Dynasty,though etiquette and law was a pair of opposite concepts,Han Ying made a comprehensive understanding about their concept and their function and relationship in social life and political structure.Etiquette and law were both used in his administration doctrine and united in his political idea.
