| 摘 要： | 基础教育在课程目标、内容体系、教学方法手段和教师角色定位等方面的深入改革，必然触及高师院校教师教育人才培养模式。高师院校必须树立科学的实践教育观，努力构建推进校内外实践教学改革的长效机制，造就大批实践创新人才，才能有效应对基础教育改革带来的挑战，引领和服务基础教育发展。

| Abstract: | Basic education in the curriculum objectives, content systems, teaching methods and the teacher＇ s role positioning in -depth reform is bound to hit a teacher training model of teacher education institutions. Teachers in stitutions must establish a scientific con cept of practical education, and strive to build internal and external practice teaching reform to promote long - term mechanism, creacing a large number of practical innovation talents in order to effectively deal with the challenges of reform of basic deucation, guidance and services,basic deucation development. |
