| 摘 要： | 中国社会工作发展经过20多年的专业化教育和职业化推进,已经进入了一个新的发展阶段,也就是理论的实践创新阶段。在这个阶段上,社会工作的本土化日益成为一个关键性问题,这是中国社会工作实现与西方社会工作平等＂对话＂的基础。在社会工作本土化的进程中,文化适切性的哲学思考显得更为迫切。在本文中分析了社会工作本土化的三个涵义,提出了＂镜、根、源＂的观点,也透视了文化适切性价值取向中的中西文化的地域性差异和中国文化古今差异之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Social work in China has entered a new stage characterized with theoretical and practical innovation by means of-specialized education and professionalized practice of more than 20 years. The localization of social work has become a key problem in this period and is the basis for social work of China to exchange ideas equally with social work of the West. In the process of the localization of social work, it is imperative to philosophically think the cultural adaptation. By proposing the concepts of ＂reference＂, ＂root＂ and ＂source＂, the author analyzes the localization of social work in China. Furthermore, the connection of the regional difference between Chinese culture and western culture, as well as the difference between the ancient culture and modern culture of China in the values orientation of cultural adaptation are discussed. |
