| 摘 要： | 改革传统教学理念和模式,不断增强体育院校排球专项学生的综合能力,以适应社会的需求。运用文献资料法和理论分析法对排球专项教学训练中的目标体系和控制系统构成要素及结构进行系统探讨分析。结果表明：排球专项能力的目标体系是一个多种相关要素、多层次特定形式的体系,目标体系的建构决定着学生综合能力培养。

| Abstract: | We shall reform the traditional teaching ideology and patterns and gradually improve the volleyball majors＇ comprehensive performance in physical education schools so as to adapt themselves to the society development. This paper here studies on the goals, controlling conditions and structures in volleyball training system by the means of document and theoretical analysis. The study result shows that the volleyball training is a particular and muhi-leve system involviny many relative elements,which decides the studenfs＇ comprehensive capability. |
