| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会以及经济的迅速发展,高等院校在综合实力、办学条件以及办学模式等诸多方面都在逐步提高和改善,在这种背景之下,我国高等院校的行政管理工作也逐渐受到了越来越多的关注和重视,与此同时也暴露出了一系列行政管理方面的问题。本文详细论述了强化高等院校行政管理服务性的重要作用,简要地分析了高等院校行政管理中存在的问题,并且深入地探讨了加强高校行政管理服务性的有效措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇s social and economic institutions of higher learning in many aspects of the comprehensive strength, school conditions and school system in the gradual increase and improve, in this context, our institutions of higher education administration gradually by more and more concern and attention, and at the same time exposed a series of administrative issues. This paper discusses the important role to strengthen the institutions of higher learning administration services, and a brief analysis of the problems that exist in the universities administration, and in-depth discussion of effective measures to strengthen the service of the university administra-tion. |
