摘    要:针对半导体物理与器件的教学现状,结合该课程实用性强这个特点进行课程教学改革。在教学过程中,通过更新教学内容、改变教学观念、注重实验教学,以科研促进教学等课程改革提高了学生学习的积极性,改善了教学效果,提高了教学质量,从而适应新世纪对人才在科技知识、创新能力和全面素质方面的要求。

Teaching Reform Exploration of Semiconductor Physics and Devices Course for the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

Abstract:According to the present teaching situation and reliably practical of semiconductor physics and devices,the classroom-teaching is reformed.In the process of teaching,by renewing teaching content,changing teaching idea,pay attention to experimental teaching,promoting teaching with research,the students' enthusiasm,effective of teaching,quality of teaching were improved by the reform of classroom-teaching,which adjust to the new century to talented person in the knowledge of science and technology,innovation ability and comprehensive quality requirements.
