| 摘 要： | 以国内威客网为基础，对知识流程外包的特点、商业运作模式、风险管理机制以及知识产权保护的相关法律权责关系进行研究，对推动我国知识流程外包的整体发展具有一定的借鉴价值，同时，对促进正处于快速发展阶段的威客行业发展具有一定的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the Witkey in China, this paper studies the characteristics, business models， measures of risk management as well as legal rights and responsibilities on intellectual property of the knowledge process outsourcing.This investigation may provide some valuable references to the integral development of the national knowledge process outsourcing. Meanwhile, it can facilitate the development of the witkey industry which is in its rapid expansion stage. |
