| 摘 要： | 军事网络舆情作为一种特殊的公开情报吸引了众多军事网民。比较国内一些典型的网络舆情系统，论述军事网络舆情分析系统(MNPOS)的特点、功能及体系架构；研究一个基于.NET Framework平台和XML交换格式的MNPOS，对军事网络舆情的信息采集与抽取、舆情分类与敏点标注、倾向性分析等技术作研究改进，推进MNPOS理论和方法研究的深化。
