| 摘 要： | 在北方高校冬季体育教学中，采用自我决定理论激发学生的内部动机，利用体育课程学习的过程培养学生坚持体育锻炼的自觉行为，为终身体育意识和习惯打下坚实基础。提出满足学生自主性的需要、满足学生能力学生的需要、满足学生归属的需要等动机激发的原则；总结出转变观念，培养兴趣，确定目标，体验快乐营造氛围，鼓励自主，提高素质，建设环境等动机激发的有效措施，为提高北方高校冬季体育教学质量提供理论支持。
