| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省三小民族冰雪体育是中华民族传统体育中重要的组成部分，认识他们的非物质文化遗产特征，对促进我国冰雪体育文化的发展具有重要价值。黑龙江省三小民族冰雪体育具有地域性、实践性和娱乐性等冰雪体育的特征，是中华民族文化的有机组成部分。提出加强文化保护、促进商业发展、依托学校教育、融入全民健身等发展举措促进三小民族冰雪体育文化的传承与多样性发展，为促进民族体育的发展提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | For advancing the development of chinese winter sports culture, it's important to understand the intangible cultural heritage features of three ethnic groups in heilongjiang province which are important part of chinese traditional sports.as an integral part of chinese national culture, the three ethnic groups' winter sports shows the features of territoriality, practicalness and entertainment. as a theoretical reference for developing the national sports, it suggests some measures of advancing the three ethnic groups' winter sports inheritance and diversity development such as enhancing the cultural protection, advancing the commercial development, relying on the school education, integrating into the national fitness. |
